Award-winning book designer, visual artist, author and master chef Guillermo “Ige” Ramos will teach us not 4…not just 5…but SIX heirloom dishes from the families of the coastal towns of Cavite! Let Ige teach you the long-kept culinary secrets of the descendants of the province that brought us into independence.
Included on this cooking class is a lecture by renowned author, culinary historian and stateswoman Felice Prudente Sta. Maria takes us into the journey and evolution of the Filipino breakfast, the stuff that makes heroes of the nation!
